If you’ve been wondering why posts at the Silver Spring Scene have been few and far between, well, here is part of the reason. As promised on the sites blogiversary, a totally new blog would be born, everything is brand spanking new. The Scene is no longer using Blogger/Blogspot, it’s now on the Word Press bandwagon!

There several new options with the new blog. Take a look at the top header above the main graphic and you’ll notice them.

Register: Register to the Silver Spring Scene through Word Press. There is a login link as well.

Archives: Through this link you can go to the archives page listing older reports in compact mode or expanded fully and categorized by month.

Silver Springer: This section is here for YOU! If there is a hot news story you want the world to know about please don’t hesitate to send it on thru, your story will be on the main page ASAP!

In addition,There is a search function available, complementary to the archives page. Several new categories are added, making news finding easier. There will be more in store.

Special Note: I did not get all the comments on the last post. I will see what I can do about that.

The purpose of the new blog is to make things easier for fellow posters in a more professional manner but it’s still a work in progress. If you’re having trouble with it (especially with the gateway animation), don’t hesitate to send a message.
