First I’d like to thank poster Pennster for his tme and effort in getting this rendering, including others.

Below is a rendering of the delayed Midtown Silver Spring project, an uncompleted sales office sits at the ground floor of a commercial building along Georgia Avenue.

Midtown Silver Spring, developed by Kettler (formerly KSI Inc) is planned to be twin 20 story highrises reaching 200′ft.

It was once rumored that the project was planned to be 33 stories and over 330′ft tall.

Right now the project is on hold due to market conditions

  1. Where is (was) this going to be?

  2. You can do 20 stories and still meet the height restriction?

  3. http://www.mc-mncppc.org/silverspring/private_projects/ripleyst.shtm

    Directly behind Pyramid Atlantic.

  4. I think that’s where the new NPR building will (hopefully) be.
