It looks like we’ll have to wait a little longer to get a piece of the Discovery pie, as their IPO has been delayed to the third quarter of 2008. Anyone wants to guess how much the pricing per share will be? First quarter revenue for Discovery Communications jumped 12% to $795million.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION: Cameron House

Cameron House is a high-rise residential buildng that’s taking the place of the demolished St.Charles Apartments. The project is being developed by Behringer Harvard, Brookfield Real Estate and Fairfeild Realty. At a cost of close to $100 million, the 325 unit, 15 story highrise will have over 7,000 square feet of ground floor retail and is being marketed as luxury apartments.
