Cameron House

Cameron House is a high-rise residential buildng that’s taking the place of the demolished St.Charles Apartments. The project is being developed by Behringer Harvard, Brookfield Real Estate and Fairfeild Realty. At a cost of close to $100 million, the 325 unit, 15 story highrise will have over 7,000 square feet of ground floor retail and is being marketed as luxury apartments.

  1. Any idea when these are slated for completion?

  2. Probably late 2010.

  3. I drive down Spring Street by this site every day on the way to work. Between this project, the United Therapeutics site and the future Silver Place, it looks like there will be plenty to watch for the next four years!

  4. Also, the three cranes are very prominent when you approach downtown coming south on Colesville. Kind of makes us look like a metropolis.

I KNOW!!! I’m trying to get a good photo of that.

  6. Rents for one-bedrooms starting at an affordable $2,300 per month. Wow…I can’t wait.

  7. This is impressive along with the neighboring Unither campus and future Silver Place MRO. I wonder if Blair Lee will stop being so conservative and actually start developing his property (I can’t recall any recent projects by Lee Development anywhere)
