Gold and Silver Price Update: Today, on the Multi Commodity Exchange, a bullish trend is observed in the prices of gold and silver. Due to positive signals from global markets, prices are on the rise. October MCX gold futures were seen trading 0.36% or Rs 182 higher at Rs 50,538 per 10 grams.
December MCX silver futures were seen trading at 54,940 rupees per kg with a gain of 1.21% to 659 rupees.
October MCX gold futures had closed at Rs 50,356 for 10 grams on Thursday. December silver futures settled at Rs 54,281 per kg.
In global markets, spot gold was up 0.20%, or $3.46, at $1,720.10 an ounce. Silver saw an increase of 2.04%, or 0.37 meter. Silver is at $18.82 an ounce.
Gold and silver rates in major cities across the country are spoken as follows-
According to the prices published on the Good Returns website, the rate of 22 karat gold in Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Kerala is Rs 46,650 for 10 grams. In Delhi, Jaipur and Lucknow, the rate of 22 karat gold is Rs 46,800 for 10 grams.
Silver rates are at Rs 54,200 per kg in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Lucknow. Silver prices are at Rs 59,500 per kg in Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai and Vijayawada.
