An increase of 0.02% in the spot price of gold in India has been observed since yesterday, bringing the value to 47320 from 47310. It was also above the previous week’s average of 47185.7 by 0.28%.

Indian gold spot price to date is 47320 which increased by 0.02%; the rate was lower than the global spot gold growth rate of 0.08%. The worldwide spot price is $1786.8.

Gold and other precious metals on Monday, Jul 05, 2021

Following yesterday’s trend, global spot prices also continued to rise today. It was recorded at $1786.8 per Troy ounce during the last close, which noted an increase of 0.08% compared to yesterday. This price level is 2.64% higher than the average gold price seen over the past 30 days ($1739.7). Among other precious metals, silver prices fell today. Silver plunged 0.07% to $26.5 a Troy ounce.

Moreover, the price of platinum showed a slight increase. Platinum, a precious metal, rose 0.55% to hit $1,098.5 per Troy ounce. Meanwhile, in India, the price of gold was 47330 per 10 grams on MCX, with a change of 4.7. In addition, the price of 24 karat gold in the Indian spot market was quoted at 47320 .

On MCX, India gold futures jumped 0.01% to reach 47330 per 10 grams. In the previous session, gold was up 0.73%, or around 4.7 for 10 grams.

On MCX, silver futures rose almost 0.32% or 225.7 per kg at the price level of 70525 per kg.

The spot price of gold today ( 47320) increased by 4.7 from yesterday ( 47310), as well as global spot price growth of $1.35 to $1,786.8 today. A similar trend was seen in the future price of MCX with an increase of 4.7 and value of 47330 to date.

The dollar to rupee conversion has been constant since yesterday and any fluctuation today in the price of gold would not suggest any relationship to the value of the dollar.
